Paramount Janitorial Services Inc. was started by three brothers in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1984 and growing steadily over the next 2 years expanded to Richmond, VA in 1986. With the brothers’ focus on customer service, emphasis on supervision and training of employees, great things began to happen. Paramount Janitorial Services with a workforce of approximately 50 currently services over 1 million square feet daily.

In its effort to make its services stand out from the competition, the brothers developed the “teamsystems” concept where team members are thoroughly trained in specialty areas such as floor care, carpet cleaning, detail cleaning, medical cleaning and construction cleaning. Some members are also professionally certified by trade organizations both in the field and the classroom.
